My name is Ashley Rambal, and I’m writing about all the things I wish I had found information on but didn’t! This means I’ll have posts about food, health, herbs, travel, cleaning, kids, games, names, family, spanish, old-school ideas that are hard to find, and lots of tips and tricks. Hence – Notebook of Everything!

At time of writing, I have a small family of 3 – me, my husband, and our baby Leandro. We love to watch movies, try new things, and travel the world together. The three of us have our differences, but that’s what makes family so fun!

Let me give you some background: I was raised on a ranch in the middle of nowhere in northern Idaho. I am the second youngest of nine children, and I have 21 nieces and nephews with several on the way. My mother is an herbalist, and my father is a logger/rancher/businessman. They are amazing parents and grandparents, and a lot of this knowledge and advice actually comes from them. Among other things, I love to paint, play the piano, learn languages, cook, and do all things outdoors. I always feel the need to be productive, and am currently learning to juggle! Figuratively, I mean; classes, health, hobbies, family, and a social life. It’s a challenge!

My husband is a first-generation american, and is half venezuelan, half colombian. He has one younger sister. He was born in Florida, and then lived in Missouri and southern Idaho for several years each. Kendrikc is a whiz in tech, and loves troubleshooting, solving, and discovering all things technology. He is very hardworking, and usually has several jobs going on at a time, as well as taking classes. He isn’t as social as I am, and likes to stay in, but is willing to get out of his comfort zone to adventure with me!

Our leo is a wild one. At the time of writing this, he is almost 9 months old, and loves to go, go, go. He is always crawling around and finding things to stand up next to, and trying to stand by himself. He knows how to swim independently, although he doesn’t enjoy it much. He has 8 teeth, and eats almost as much as I do, haha. He is very expressive and is getting bolder and more adventurous by the day. Some of his favorite activities are finding devices he is not supposed to touch, getting his teeth brushed, and playing with his papa.

That’s us! If there’s any topic you have questions on or would hope to see a post about, feel free to reach out!
